DChamp decided to help me make your present, so he came over, and we worked for a long, long time!  Next thing we knew, we had fallen asleep.

We woke up in the wee hours of the morning, and heard such a racket! We didn't know what to think.
At first we figured it to be the fairies, and that helped make us a bit gladder...

But, as DChamp dragged me to the window and we peered out, we weren't so sure anymore!
All we saw at first was DSnowman, who was out watching the yard for signs of Santa.

DChamp asked me if it was really time for Santa - he just couldn't believe it, he was so excited!  But I checked my list, and I checked it twice - sure enough, it was time... isn't that nice!

We figured it was time to bring in the tree, 'for Santa would need somewhere to hide his special treats!
So, DChamp and I went out to the yard, and searched for the perfect tree.
We searched and we searched, and finally did see
the most beautiful and perfect tree
And DChamp said, "This tree is perfect for Fairy Starzella! We must take it home!" and ran off with such glee.
